We hate to see you go, but we understand if you need to cancel your PaleoPax subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will always receive the boxes remaining on your subscription.
Step 1, if you haven't created a PaleoPax account (if you already have a PaleoPax account, skip to step 3):
If you haven't created a PaleoPax account you can cancel your subscription by pulling up your confirmation email titled "Your recurring order purchase confirmation from Paleo Pax" and clicking the link called "Manage Subscription".
Troubleshooting: if you can't find an email confirmation, no problem, go to step 2.
Step 2, activating your account if you can't find confirmation email (if you already have a PaleoPax account, skip to step 3):
If you can't find your confirmation email or you've deleted it, go to create account and create a login with the email address you used to purchase your subscription.
You will then be asked to check your email and activate your account.
Troubleshooting: if you don't receive an activation email after 10 minutes, please email our support team to help (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Step 3, canceling your subscription:
Once you have clicked "manage subscription". Follow the following steps.
Find the subscription you'd like to cancel and click "cancel" on the right side.
We hate to make you wait any longer, but if your box is marked as delivered and you have not received it, first check with your local United States Post Office to see if they are able to verify if your box was prematurely marked as delivered. Once it's been 48 hours and you haven't recieved your box even if it says deliver let us know and we will assist you.
If you have recently moved, make sure you check your self-service portal to verify that your box is being shipped to the correct address. If your address was not updated before the 1st of the month, your box may have been shipped to your old address.
