We hate to see you go, but we understand if you need to cancel your PaleoPax subscription.
Login to your account and select “STOP YOUR SUBSCRIPTION” under the photo of your subscription box. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will always receive the boxes remaining on your subscription
We hate to make you wait any longer, but if your box is marked as delivered and you have not received it, first check with your local United States Post Office to see if they are able to verify if your box was prematurely marked as delivered. Once it's been 48 hours and you haven't recieved your box even if it says deliver let us know and we will assist you.
If you have recently moved, make sure you check your self-service portal to verify that your box is being shipped to the correct address. If your address was not updated before the 1st of the month, your box may have been shipped to your old address.
